B. 2, 3, 1, 1 all as singles. Still punching my left fist/wrist through the ring when I turn over. Makes the MU a lot tougher than it should be. Did first rnd from ground and the rest from a box as I was having trouble getting grip set.

4:43, all thrusters UB. ttb in three sets for each round. Kipped all but 3 reps, which was the main limiter.
