A. Deadlift; build to a moderate effort triple (85-90% effort)

Row 500m
12 deadlift BWT
21 box jumps 20"

#255 - touch 'n go, but was starting to get up on my toes a bit.
+
12:07 with #145 - went out a little too hard on the first row, all DLs unbroken. BJs were okay as soon as I got a few reps in and my legs were shaken out.

Worked out with my lady friends at CF 77 today. So nice to be back with a group after some long and lonely workouts over the holidays! I need to remember to snap a couple photos of those girls before I rush off back to work next time...
