Slept horrible last night, then got up at 6am for the team workouts.
FIrst one was a two-person team (same gender, so it was me Liz) splitting the following as needed:
40 HSPU ~16 reps contributed
30 DL 185lbs ~18 reps contributed
20 Front Squats (cleaned from the ground) 135lbs ~12 reps contributed
My HSPUs were wonky and all over the place. My coordination is poor that early in the morning. Kipping all wrong. Deadlifts were easy.We repped them out. Front squats I did two sets of 5 and then a set of two (actually did a couple of extras at the end because I thought it was 30reps of those too). Finished with my partner in 6:15.
Then we did this workout as a 4-person team (two guys, two girls) in a 'follow the leader' style. That is, the second person can't move to the next station until the person in front of them was done. We won this one. It was:
30 GHD situps
30 DUs
30 Pistols
30 OHS 95lbs/65lbs
3000m row split between all to finish
I did all the 30's unbroken. Went second in line, one guy ahead of me and the other guy and girl behind me. We finished in 16:10.
Then I went to the farmers market where the farmer gave me free pork.
Then I drove back to the gym and took a nap in my car. I had packed my blanket and pillow
For the O-lift meet: I weighed in at 66.2kgs this morning. Snatched 48kg, then 51kg, missed 54kg. Clean and jerked 71kg, then missed 74kg, then got it on the third try 74kg. Total was 125kg for the meet. I got a cute little medal. There were only 5 girls and 5 guys. I was basically second by weight for the girls, so I didn't get the trophy. But I only lost by a very small bit. I'm quite happy with myself. No PRs but considering how tired I was, my form was great and I still managed to be only about 5lbs/2 kilos under my PRs.
