11:07 with a 6:49 'Randy' (PR is 6:41), burpees very slow but did not allow myself to stop moving.
Generally feeling very stressed today and was off my normal schedule. I timed my rest and eating poorly. Did not feel strong or fast, but I felt good to get through a workout nonetheless.
