10 box jumps 24/20"A. 15lbs (got 4 reps with 20lbs) - pretty disappointed in this considering my 1RM is 55lbs

11:46 - had a really tough time kipping today. first set unbroken, then in sets of five for the rest. Hit halfway at 5:15 and was still kipping most of them, but completely lost my kip by round 7 so the second half was a lot slower...missed one box jump, but felt fast and light. games standard 'stop on top' style.
