MUs: did one set of two plus a couple of singles with false grip (none of them were pretty) but after some discussion with Crowder, subbed some transition work and high pulls without the false grip. Still can't quite get high enough or get my hands in the right spot to turn over into a no-false-grip MU, but think I will incorporate some extra practice on this.
Mini Grace: 1:26, all tng and UB. Last ten reps slowed down a bit but first 20 were top speed!
50 Snatches: 5:13, two sets of 10 then 6 sets of 5. Last set of five there was a lot of regripping. My forearms felt pretty shot after last nights TTB.
AD: 50 cals (PR is 67) - felt like death the whole time though, so I know I hit it hard!
