Would like to report that I've already hit one of my (minor) goals for the year. I did two consecutive muscle ups today while I was practicing before my workout! I hope this sets a tone for the rest of my goals as the year goes on.

Had almost nothing left in my legs by the time I got to the burpees and power cleans. It was an effort not to fall on my face and while the pc's were largely unbroken, they were slower than I would have liked.
