A. #73, #103, #113, #123, #133, #138 - felt MUCH better with these this week, even in my sneakers, after some technical fixes from last time (THANKS FOR LOOKING AT MY BUTT, ASHLEY!)
B. DNS - limited time this morning to sneak my workout in. Hoping to make this up tonight in my hotel room.
C. Done, all strict. Last two sets started to get tough.

1 full round, then made it through the round of #85 PC's and 3 burpees. I was wishing the whole time that there were more or heavier cleans and a lot less burpees. I tried to keep my speed up, but inevitably I got slower on the burpeeing by the last few rounds. Also, it was interesting changing my own weights that much during a workout. I kept losing the 5lb plates under the bigger ones!
Just out of curiosity, how does everyone else measure a successful snatch high pull? I was going with the 'if it hits my boobs' method...
