Monday, Feb 18th


A. Squat clean; 3 reps on the minute for 10 min @55-70% 1rm
B. Muscle ups; 2-3 perfect reps on the minute for 15 min

CTB chin ups

A. #103, #113, #113, #123 x the rest. All TnG, fast and clean. Last two rounds got a little slower especially on the squat back up. Felt solid though.
B. At home I don't have enough space to do full MUs. Subbed banded muscle ups. Worked really hard on pulling to my hips and transitioning over quickly. Did 2 reps per rounds. No false grip.

6:42 - would love to say that grip was my limiter on this one, but I felt winded as hell right from the beginning. Thank god only 6 more days before I can snarf some fruit and reload my liver...
