Nutrition Check In: Low Carb Cycle

A little over one week left on my 4 week low carb cycle and I wanted to document how it's been going and a typical day's food. The prescription is, basically, 50g carbs per day, plus 50g carbs in the 1hour window PWO. Yesterday was a workout day, so I ate the following:

Bfast - 1/2 small hass avocado plus spaghetti squash/kale/sausage bake (including chicken broth, egg, and coconut milk)
PWO - 1 Scoop of whey protein mixed with water and 1/2 cup canned sweet potato, plus 4 small dried apricots
PWO +1hr (Lunch) - Modpaleo "baked spaghetti" with carrots, zucchini, spaghetti sauce, ground beef plus 1/2 small hass avocado
Dinner - Pork Shoulder Roast and cauliflower done in the crockpot with garlic and chicken broth and spices,  plus 1oz macadamia nuts

Here's the fit day breakdown for that:
I think that the calories are slightly swayed on the light side, as I only entered 1/4 cup of sweet potato to make the carbs in FitDay add up to the carbs listed on the side of the can. I was probably just over 2000 cals, which isn't terrible for a workout day.

As far as weight goes, I started at 146lbs, was down to 141lbs at the half way point, and was 144lbs this morning. This is approx where I was the last time I did this.

Generally I felt really great the first two weeks, maybe just slightly tired so I allotted myself more time to sleep. I've been reading 'Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar, and Survival' which has given me some interesting insight into how sleep plays into all of this. Basically, a low carb diet recreates a 'winter' nutrition profile based on what cavemen probably ate before and even after the discovery of fire. While we didn't hibernate like bears, we did sleep more in the winter because the nights were long and dark, and also because sleeping and resting meant we burned less calories. So it seems natural that eating this diet and adding exercise in also has made me really sleepy.

In this third week my energy levels have really tanked. I have very little pop in my workouts and I will be taking one or two extra rest days and dialing back my studying until I finish as my brain feels like it's in a fog. This was expected from last time, but I forgot quite how draining it feels...
