Through 26 thrusters. Subbed banded, no false grip MUs. I've been feeling zapped this week and probably should have taken a rest day today. However I was there, and I certainly didn't want to go back to work, so I decided to focus on the skill part of today's workout. Did some MU drills before I started and really worked on getting my hips high and a quick turnover with my elbows close. These were no joke even with a band, and I had to do them one at a time. Finished them at 9:37 and went to the thrusters. 6+5+5+4+3+3. A little too up on my toes, but otherwise felt good.
