team workout/practice got switched to today but I got lucky and it was sort of presses, only upside down!

I had trouble with the deep kip during practice and didn't figure it out until during the workout. I did three rounds with sort of half an abmat and a set of 45's. Once I got it down I did the last four rounds with an abmat and two sets of 45 plates. Finished in 11:57.
Followed it up with some hollow rocks accumulating 90secs and a set of strict pullups for max reps. Got 10.
low carb is getting painful...no pop at all. will be glad to be done with this in a week and a half!
