150 Wallballs (#14, 9ft)

30 Muscle Ups
243 reps with a tie breaker time of 10:17. Three rep improvement from
last year, when I didn't get any MUs at all. First MUs in an open ever!
That being said, I was hoping to finish the wallballs and DUs faster
and get 5 or 6 MUs in. Breathing got me today. Broke the reps as
follows:
WBs: 40+10's
DUs: 30+15's
MUs: three singles, all with false grip
No misses or no reps at all. Felt solid, just couldn't freakin breath!
I also did this entire workout with my right eye dilated from an eye doctor's appointment right before...that was interesting!
