A. Front squat; build to a tough single fast
B1. Thrusters amrap in 30 seconds 95/65 x4; rest 1 min
B2. COVP chin ups; amrap in 30 seconds x4; rest 1 min

30 wall balls
20 toes to bar
10 hand release burpees

A. #195 - was feeling good so I went for #205 but failed. #200 is my max

B1. 14/15/16/16 - last round felt awful
B2. 17/18/18/17 - grip failed and I fell off the bar at the end of the last rnd
Took me a while to recover before I started the last part...
