My time was 28:21. Mamabear beat me by several minutes but I'm still pretty happy with this time, as this is a heavy wod and I'm trained up more for light weight stuff right now. Here's how I broke up the reps...
HSPU - 18+3, 5's, UB
PC's - All singles, tried to minimize rest and avoid doing that wide leg catch (though I failed on that a number of times). Had one miss.
GHD Sit UPs - All UB
Front Squats - 6, 5's all the way through, then 4 at he end.
Chest-to-Bar's - 6, 5's, then 9 unbroken at the end
I think the only improvement I could have made would have been to break up the C2B's a bit less. I could have hung on longer, I just felt a bit out of breath and wasn't stringing the kip together well.
Afterwards we did a 1mile jog as a group untimed.
