Thursday, Feb 28th

New eating goals for during the open...going to try to get most of my carbs within a couple of hours PWO and minimize the carbs during the rest of the day/rest days to green things. Will see how I feel on this.


Last night did a bunch of kipping and bar MU skill work then...
3 Round:
Bar MU (I subbed jumping...still haven't gotten those)
10 Wallballs w #20 ball
15 Burpees
