A. Power snatch; build to a max in 8 min
B. Power clean; build to a max in 8 min
C. Amrap power cleans in 3 min @85% of B
D. Weighted back extensions @2022, 8-10x3; rest 90 seconds
A. #113 (a PR by at least 5lbs!), got #118 to my eyeballs but missed it.
B. #158, squat cleaned with #163 which is what I got last week. PR is #170.
C. with #133 - 22 reps, no misses. Elbows slow and not on my heels enough
D. 10reps with #30 for all three rounds
Feeling a little sleepy today...woke up too soon before my alarm. Got up a couple early a couple of days this week and it's got my sleep a little screwy. I think when the time changes for the spring, I'm going to keep my sleep schedule as it is and technically be getting up 'earlier' (I think??).
