did 3323m, 2:10-2:20 pacing, 23 s/m for both speeds. My 85% effort speed always feels like a huge drop off from 90%+. Then laid on a lacrosse ball for 30 mins.

Thursday night did the first round of the opens wod to 'practice'. finished it in about 4:05.

Saturday ran the opens wod...

Workout 13.1

17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs 
Got 163 reps with a tie-breaker times of 10:44. I actually finished the first round in about 3:45 with the #45 snatches broken 15+15. The #75 snatches were 5+5+5+4+4+3+2+2 and at #100 they were all singles. I'm very happy with how I paced the burpees, and I'm positive that I did as many 100lb snatches as I could have. There is a chance I could have gone a bit faster on the 75's, but it would not have been by much.
