B1. Amrap squat snatch in 1 min @135/85 x3; rest 90 sec
B2. Amrap muscle ups in 1 min x3; rest 90 seconds

A. #133, #153, #173 - about matches PR (175). Know I have more in me than that but always seems to be lacking in time.
B1. 6, 7, 7
B2. 7 jumping, 1reg + 3 jumping, 1reg + 4 jumping - something is up with my left shoulder and I couldn't hold it tight/active during the kip so I gave the MU one good attempt each round then finished with jumping MUs.

4:57 broke wallballs down to fives pretty quickly. couple trips on the dubs
(only rested 5mins)
6:33 - shoulders were toasted at this point. mostly sets of 3's and 2's for the C2Bs. Thrusters UB.
