5:00 wiiiiith...1.75pd kettlebell, swung to not quite overhead, subbed 10 AD cals for the row cals, and accidentally used #105 on the HPCs instead of #95...did the HPC's in sets of five. Didn't figure out why they felt so heavy until halfway through!
