Friday O-Lifting Session

Had my friend Mie (competitive O-lifter) watch me snatch on Friday. Kept the weights light. Major points she brought up were:
-I need to shift my starting position to feet slightly wider and knees pushed out
-Keep weight in heels and pull with legs first
-Relax my arms
-Explode off the hips

Then we worked a couple of sets of Snatch Pulls.
