Thursday Workout

Handstandwalks felt great today. I may not be going a whole lot further but I'm more in control and im getting more consistent. And able to take a breath and keep going! L-sits are about 5-6 seconds max hold.
Erom handstand pushups worked up to hands on 45lb plates. Couldn't do any Erom strict. Pistols worked on sets of 10, going a little quicker each time.
Did front and back levers with a green band. It was rough on my grip holding a band that big, and i couldn't go all the way into the lever and still get back up.
