Thursday Workout

for time:
Run 3k

16:04 on a hilly route plotted by google maps measuring tool around my neighborhood. I felt tired and achey/stiff in the legs. Knew it wasn't a PR day, but I did push the limits of what my legs would give me TODAY. Having spent an enourmous amount of time stooped over engineering drawings and driving/traveling may be what contributed to my leg stiffness. Mobility tonight and tomorrow for sure.
