Wednesday Workout

(TEAM) 300 FY
 
Done with my workout buddy Dulce. It was her first time on an airdyne. We got 232 calories together, trading off about every 25-30 seconds.
 
Diet update: indulged in some chocolate and alcohol this week after some stress sent me out of whack, but the Moga class on Monday helped set me straight.
 
I'd like to look into the 'Neera Cleanse' or a Juice Fast a little more. I like the idea of giving your gut a break, I'm just unsure on timing and whether or not this 'Neera' product is actually any better than drinking veggie juice (my husband bought a badass juicer).

  1. I don't know much about cleanses. You could probably do your own experiment with it. Eat less food, have more juice. You've already got the juicer, and you wouldn't have to buy anything. Just be careful and pay attention to your body. You know how you get without food.
