Saturday Workout

15 KBS (1.5 pood)
25 Burpees

Time was 4:57. All KBS were unbroken. I wore my lifting shoes to help with this as it has been a time killer for me in the past (dropping the last swing) and it helped me stay on my heels.

Interestingly, when I did this tester at the Athlete Camp five weeks ago, my time was 5:04 and I spent about 30 mins rolling around on the floor and walking to the bathroom because I felt like I might puke. My 'Rate of Perceived Exertion' was definitely a 10 that day. However, this weekend my RPE was an 8 at the most, and I had a faster time.
