Wednesday Workout

part 1:
A. HB Back Squat - build to a tough single fast
B. AMRAP @ 85% of single in part A; rest 3 min x 3
C. 3 position Hang Power Snatch - pause 1 sec at each - knee, mid thigh, high hang - 1.1.1 x 7; rest 1 min b/t sets -keep effort fast and tight with turnover

A. #215 (failed #220) - This was a PR for HBBS though!
B. 3/3/3 - first round tried for a 4th rep and Failed.
C. #53/#63/#63/#73/#73/#73/#73


rest as needed - rested about 10 mins

part 2:
5 sets for total time:
12 KBS - 1.5 pd
24 double unders 1
2 toes to rings
24 double unders
12 GHD situps
24 double unders

24:02 - felt horrible. All kbs unbroken but some were unsteady. Took me a round to remember how to kip on toes to rings, the DUs after TTR were trippy, and i just generally felt winded and crappy. Had a headache for a few minutes when I was done.

I have been eating more carbs the last couple days (sweet potatoes, a little bit of good dark chocolate, and some hummus) but last night felt like I still had shit for glycogen stores in me. I have a feeling it's going to take a week or so to build that back up, just like it took a week for me to START to feel like shit when I cut the carbs in the beginning.
