Did not work out Saturday as I was staying with a friend to allow Jeremy to finish his final clean up of the house. Now everything is done! Whoohoo! But I'm a day behind. My plan is to do Sunday's workout on Monday, then skip the Tuesday workout since it's usually lifting and I don't need that as much. Back on the plan Weds.
A. Back Squat @ 30X0; 4-5 x 5; rest 3 min
B. Power Clean - 3 every 45 sec - higher load than last week; 14 sets
C1. Push Press @ 12X2; 3-4 x 4; rest 90 sec
C2. AMRAP COVP chin ups; rest 90 sec x 4
A. #135(5) / #145(5) / #155(5) / #165(5) / #175(4)
B. #83 for a couple of sets, then #93, sorted out an issue with my wrist then settled int #103 for the majority
C1. #95(4) / #105(4) / #115(3) / #115(3) <-- last rep had a little bit of double knee bend
C2. 25 / 18 / 17 / 15
Pretty happy with my numbers on this. I think on a better day, my lift numbers may have been a little higher, but my effort was good today. I was feeling crappy, but kept myself mentally in check. The pullup sets I made sure the last rep was at the point where I was basically hanging from my fingertips, so grip was the limiter.

Good numbers on the pullups, I wouldn't say that there is anything wrong with your grip. That's just a lot of reps.
