Wednesday Workout

6 sets @ high effort:
3 TnG Power Clean into 6 Front Squat into 9 burpees AFAP into Row 250 m
(REST walk 8 min actively b/t sets - try to add weight with perfect form per set - micro add)

Rows felt great, burpees stayed pretty much the same pace throughout, PC's felt the same for every set but front squats def got a little tougher near the end. Happy with the weights I chose and the 'micro adding'.

I made myself enjoy this workout, knowing that I was using up all my glycogen stores and I'm going to feel like crap next week doing this sort of thing!

    If you walked away from it feeling good, then you probably did it right.
    These will get tough again with carb restrictions.
    Good work on managing your screwed up head.
