C. HB 1 1/4 Back Squat @ 30X0; 5-7 x 5; rest 3 min
D. Muscle Snatch @ 12X1; 5 x 5; rest 90 sec b/t sets
A. was supposed to do #140 but screwed up counting my weight and did 127 instead (forgot to account for the #33 bar). I did four sets with a little extra work on my technique after some input from my o-lifter friend.
B. #83 for all, felt good. Focused on keeping heels on the ground and bar close to my body
C. #123 x 5 for all and hot damn were those hard...

Was exhausted today due to lack of sleep. That on top of the carb thing left me pretty wiped, and I had a hard time keeping it all together for the snatch movements.
