Saturday Workout

25 Pull-ups
50 Deadlifts 135#
50 Push-ups
50 Box Jumps 24”
50 Floor Wipers 135#
50 One Arm KB Clean and Press 1 pood
25 Pull-ups

Time was 24:15 (previous time using women's weights was 21:43 in April 2010). Used the men's weights this time and did push press on the clean & press.

First set of pullups broken 15+10, push-ups mostly in fives, then down to 2's and 3's at the end. Box Jumps mostly step downs. Floor wipers I had trouble locking out my right shoulder due to some residual funkiness after last weekend's competition so I did mostly sets of 5-6 reps. KB's were back and forth between arms 1 and 1. Last set of pullups was sets of 5.
