Sunday Workout

Decided to forgo doing the OPTathalon this time around since it's still soon after last weekend's competition. Did this UCF workout instead:

4 Rounds of:
300m Row
10 GHD Sit-ups
50m Farmer’s Walk (1.5/1)
10 Burpees

Used 1.5pood for the farmer's walks. Time was 13:10. It's crazy how much easier this workout was for me mentally just because it was in rounds than the heavy chipper was last weekend which had a timecap of 13mins. There is something about being able to finish one round and then have a sense of how to pace yourself, rather than doing a longer list of movements of 20-30 reps where it's harder to judge how to pace, because you aren't sure what the next movement is going to feel like.
