Backsquat - #215 (down 10lbs from PB) <--- Low bar BS
Press - #95 (down 10lbs from PB) <--- no wonder I can't do a strict HSPU right now
Deadlift - #275 (down 30lbs from PB) <-- couldn't get 285 off the ground
Feel like I've lost some raw strength lately, but maybe I've traded that for gains in gymnastics strength (?) and my clean and snatch have certainly gone up, so power is definitely still there.
Going to get a massage with ART tonight since I'm still having issues locking out with my right shoulder and some stiffness and pain.
