Hit a PR on UB DUs at 70! then had a ton of misses when trying to restart (seemed to be fine once I got going). Pullups broken 10-10-10-10-10.
Something popped in my shoulder during the second to last set of pullups and remarkably, it actually felt better afterwards....in general feeling looser from the massage weds night but shoulder not 100% yet.
