B1. OHS @ 3211; 3-4 x 6; rest 20 sec
B2. Pronated Medium Grip Chin Ups @ 21X0; 2-3 x 6; rest 3 min
C. KB front rack walking lunges - 1pd/h - 20 steps continuous x 4 sets; rest 90 sec
A. 53/63/73/83/93
B1. #83(4), 88(4), 93(4), 98(4), 103(3), 103(4)
B2. #20(3), 25(2), 25(2), 28(1), 25(2), 25(2)
C. completed with a #20 dumbbell and a #10 dumbbell held together on each shoulder - not quite the right weight, but definitely mimics the difficulty in supporting a kb.
The last two sets on B1 I had to clean to front rack, move to back rack and push press up because I couldn't get under the power snatch. My arms/shoulders got tired long before my legs did on the OHS. On B2 the 28 for 1 was because I tried to hold TWO dumbbells between my legs and dropped one...fail. Need to order a weight belt.
