Monday, Nov 12th

Had a rough weekend as far as sleep and schedule. Only managed to get out for 5k of jog/walk with dog and boyfriend. Made up the Sunday workout this morning.


5 rounds for time:
10 chin ups
10 push press - 65#
20 squats
20 DU's


8:28 1trip on first round of DUs (otherwise UB) but where I really felt like I lost time/was slow were the squats. Usually blasting through 20 is no problem but today was a struggle.
