I don't know if anyone else finds strokes per minute helpful, but it tells me a lot about what kind of effort I put out. First round got distracted with some timer issues, nbd. Really wanted to go balls out on the last round and try to beat my previous times, but I think I held it to what felt like 95% for me. Obviously a dropoff there of about 2 secs between the 6th and 7th round.
