A. Snatch grip RDL @6020, 3-4x5; rest 90 seconds (straps for grip)
B. Push press x5/Push jerk x3/Split jerk x2; rest 90 seconds x5 complexes
C. Clap push ups; 3-6 unbroken x10 sets; rest as needed between sets

50 russian KBS 2 pood
200 double unders



(due to the kind heartedness and OPT friendliness of Crossfit Acadia here in Maine, I'm getting in a lot more workouts than I excepted!)
A. #95(4), #115(4), #125(4), #135(4), #145(3) - all hook grip
B. #95/95/95/105/105
C. all sets of 6 UB, pushed the pace at the end and they got nasty

7:45, broke kbs 25-15-10 and finished them before the 2min mark. The DU's were rough. I can't believe I didn't pack my own jump rope!
I did the SGRDL's with a men's bar and no straps. They were pretty tough on my thumbs by the end but I don't think I was too far off from where I would have been with straps. I definitely still have some flexibility issues in the back of my knees/legs that make these tough.
Push presses/jerks also felt a little off without my lifting shoes.
