Almost didn't go into the gym this morning and considering that I'm now trying to survive a workday with no under things, I probably should have stayed in bed after all. Fatigued from poor sleep for the last four nights and not really sure how to get back on track as I've been going to bed early. Thankfully heading home to spend some time with my family tomorrow, but my workout attendance may be spotty until the day after Christmas.
