Thursday, Dec 27th

Had a bit of a makeup/fun day today at open gym. Did some fun handstand drills and then did part of the workout posted on tuesday (christmas day):


A1. Back squat @42x1; 4-6x5; rest 1 min
A2. Weighted eccentric only chin up clusters @61J1, 2.2.2.2x5; rest 20 seconds/rest 3 min
B. GHD sit ups; 18 unbroken x4; rest 90 seconds
C. 75 hang squat clean for time @35% 1RM

Did the A's separately as I brain farted and forgot to do them together
A. #123, #133 (both for 6 reps), then #143 for 5 reps for the next 3 sets. Really wanted to get 6 reps but didn't quite make it.
A. Messed this one up further - did 2.2.2.2.2x4 instead, all with 8kg. First two sets were pronated and second two were alternating grip.
B. Done as Rx'd. Last set got a little dizzy
C. DNS - decided to call it after that
