Here's the video. I think my knees are collapsing in on the squat because my feet are landing a bit wide. I also shouldn't have lost the 180...I just need to stay on my heels more! Also, this was my first time wearing a weight belt for cleans.

12:02 - efficiency with power snatches was poor. Pistols were smooth but got a little slow towards the end as my hips tightened up.

OOooh also, I did 82 UB Double Unders in my warmup today! That was a PR! I couldn't believe it!
