A. Weighted chin up 2, 2, 2; rest 2 min

15 min amrap:
100 power clean 95/65#
75 chin ups
50 front squat 95/65#
25 toes to bar

A. 25-35-40 (pronated grip)

Through 35 front Squats. 
Did cleans 25+4 sets of 10+5's for the rest, there was no getting around the grip being shot from that. Got on the pullup bar and could barely hold on. Started out with some sets of 3's and 4's. Butterfly seemed to work the best, but I swapped in and out of three or four different grip options trying to get faster sets going. Was down to 2's and 1's by the end. Got on the FS bar at about 1:30 left and did two big sets, 15+20.

Also managed not to tear some soft skin from rips last week, so I'm pretty happy about that!
