After the 75 pullups yesterday my arms were feeling pretty shot, and I think the low carb lazies were kicking in hardcore just at the right time. I've been sleeping 9-10 hours the last few nights. In any case, it was a poor performance. I DNF'd after 5MUs. Well, actually Joe Alexander came over and told me to do some assisted/scaled MUs and get into some snatches instead of just standing around under the rings. So I did 4 assisted MUs and about 4 snatches. Lots of misses. This is a TOUGH workout that I would like to actually be able to complete one day!a
Joe gave some great tips for drills that I'm going to try to do over the next few weeks and hopefully they will help. I've been trying to get the no-false-grip MUs and bar muscle ups for a while but I seem to have a disconnect between pulling hard and being able to transition over...I can only make myself do one or the other so far.
