Tried to 'make' my own incline on my bench out of a slamball and an abmat and it didn't work out too great. I should have asked what a good sub would have been.

Really proud of myself on the burpees. I set a pace at the beginning and stuck to it, no pauses at top or bottom! Big mental and aerobic improvement for me. DUs went okay - sets of 25 with a bit too much rest in between. AD wasn't kind to me, but push press went well in sets of 10 and hrpus were all singles. Barely getting myself off the ground at the end there.
