Monday, Feb 4th


A. Deadlift 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min
+
For max reps:
3 min Squat clean 165/110
2 min squat snatch 135/90
1 min max reps thrusters 105/70
(must switch out your own weights)

A. #225, 245, 265, 275, 285 - done with a weight belt which is new for me. last rep on the sets of 3 and 2 started to get some back arch. Felt a little bit on my toes for the single. First two sets TnG, second two had to regrip/position before each rep. Not feeling my strongest today, especially not in the AM.

28 (screwed up and did power cleans instead of squat cleans) + 7 squat snatches + 13 thrusters = 48 reps total
I took most of my weight swapping time at the beginning and end of the 2mins of snatches because I knew those would be the lowest turnover rate for me. PCs done in sets of 5 up to 20 then singles. Squat snatches in singles. Thrusters just kept moving for the 55 seconds I had and never put the bar down.

Muscle endurance feels poor right now. Day 9 of low carb cycle.
