Skill work on DU's and Pistols in class with Joe Alexander, followed by this workout:

7 Deadlift #315/225

4:28 - Did all of the DUs unbroken. Pistols were slow but I didn't have any misses. Deadlifts UB first two rounds, last round had to reset my grip/back for the last two reps. Used the new weight belt this time and it was interesting to have it on during a wod. I think it helped me stay aware of keeping my back tight, but I was breathing hard enough that I didn't really want to cinch it super hard. Had to loosen it for pistols too.
