box jumps 24/20a little MU practice before hand - got two MUs (singles) using no false grip! first ones ever! was pretty excited about that, even though they were the most ghastly ones you've ever seen and I STILL punched my left fist through the ring and had to pull my hand back in place before I could dip out.
A. #163 - failed 168 three times. Really wanted to get closer to my PR, which is 170. Also, Paul took FOREVER to finish so I figured I might as well give it a few tries...
B. 21 reps @ #138. Had one miss. Lots of letting my feet go too wide in order to get under it.
