A. TnG power clean; 2 reps on the min for 10 min (60-70% 1rm)
B. Push press x5/Push jerk x3/Split jerk x1; rest 2 min x4 complexes
+
12 min amrap @85%
Run 200m
10 deadlift 185/135
10 hand release push ups

A. #120 (70%) for all rounds. Felt easy. I hate saying that because it usually means I should've put on more weight.
B. #105/110/115/120 - the first round was tough, the last round was...tough times infinity? Really proud that I made it through that last set!

6rnds + 50m. Pretty sure I did 12 pushups in the first round and may have done 12 deadlifts too. I also had my cat and my neighbor's son chasing me on every 200m run, then the little boy started trying to deadlift his scooter and do push ups in my driveway. I really really really wish I had gotten a picture of that...
