B. #153 - did reg jerk instead of split jerk to practice. A little tougher for me.

Tested out doing the first rnd or so of 13.4 in both lifting shoes and flat sneakers. Definitely prefer to do TTB in reg shoes but I'm a little worried that I'll get wobbly on the c&js without lifting shoes when I get tired. Anyone done it yet and have any input on that?
