Thursday, April 18th

Partner Workout with T:
75 Box Jumps
75 HSPUs (deficit)
200 DUs
75 C2B pull ups
75 Burpees

We scaled a bit here and there and we were both pretty slow on the HSPUs but T was super killer at the DU's. She did a set of 100, I did nearly a set of 50, then she finished off the rest. C2B's I was doing in sets of 3. Was still pretty sore from doing the WOD the day before with MUs and deficit HSPUs. Burpees were jumping up onto a plate and were pretty fast, as were the box jumps.
