It was really tempting to sub '45 mins Z1 extra sleep' today. Instead since I was at home (no rower) I subbed 15 run, 15 airdyne, 15 run. I did the first run unplugged and the birds were LOUD...second run my knee was bothering me a little, so maybe should have flip flopped the two and done more airdyne.
